		<description>Excellent questions! An important point of the therapy journal is to help the patient reflect, independently, on his or her experiences. The medium is less important than the actual work being done, so if someone is able to better process (in this case &lt;em&gt;reflect, analyze, and express&lt;/em&gt;)in a more aural or visual way, then more power to them!

But yes, writing in and of itself has value.</description>
